Job Description:
As an System Engineer - Functional Junior Agent, you will be the first point of contact for our customers, providing technical support and resolving issues related to our products. You will work closely with our Software System Engineer team to ensure timely resolution of customer inquiries.
Responsiblity:
Respond to customer queries via phone, email, or chat in a timely and professional manner.
Diagnose and resolve basic technical issues related to product.
Escalate more complex issues to Software System Engineer - Technical Senior/Engineer Senior teams when necessary.
Maintain accurate documentation of customer interactions and troubleshooting steps.
Guide customers through troubleshooting steps and provide educational support for product usage.
Ensure a high level of customer satisfaction by providing prompt and efficient solutions.
Collaborate with internal teams to improve product knowledge and problem-solving skills.
Requirements:
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Basic understanding of technical concepts related to product (Basic SQL Knowledge).
Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
Ability to handle multiple customer requests simultaneously.
